Darius Radford

Darius is a cybersecurity leader with over 20 years of experience spanning roles such as CISO, Director of Security, Principal Solutions Architect, senior security architect, lead consultant, pre-sales engineer, adjunct professor, and PCI Qualified Security Assessor. He has served as a trusted advisor to executive leadership across healthcare, financial services, retail, transportation, telecom, and government sectors, frequently brought in to stabilize and mature security programs during high-risk or transformational periods. Darius has led and delivered large-scale security, cloud, application, governance, and compliance initiatives for organizations including Global Payments, AT&T, Dell SecureWorks, Home Depot, Wells Fargo, Jack Henry, Cigna, Norfolk Southern, and others, combining deep technical expertise with strong business and client engagement skills. He holds a BA from Tuskegee University and maintains industry-leading certifications including CISSP, ISSAP, and CSSLP.

Brian is a seasoned Governance, Risk, and Compliance professional with over 25 years of experience leading enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance initiatives across varied industries, including financial services, travel, technology, and energy. With a track record of aligning risk strategies with business objectives, he has managed and supported the design and implementation of robust GRC frameworks, facilitated cross-functional compliance programs, and led global risk assessments that have strengthened organizational resilience and regulatory posture.

Wesley Birmingham

Wesley Birmingham is an offensive security professional and Certified Ethical Hacker with experience leading penetration testing teams and performing security work for organizations in multiple verticals. His background is rooted in hands-on offensive security, with a focus on understanding real-world attacker behavior and translating that knowledge into practical improvements in both IT and OT security. He has supported clients with penetration testing, web application security assessments, offensive security research, realistic threat modeling, and actionable results. Wesley regularly leads Capture The Flag exercises, develops open-source offensive security tools, and contributes to practitioner communities focused on penetration testing and red team methodologies.

Kenyon Vernon

Kenyon is a senior security professional specializing in the security, performance, and reliability of network traffic across complex environments. He excels at analyzing traffic pathways and resolving connectivity challenges involving endpoints, firewalls, proxies, and web application firewalls. His expertise spans Akamai, Arctic Wolf, Cisco, Check Point, Forcepoint, Netskope, Cloudflare, Imperva, Trend Micro, and Trellix. Kenyon is also a recognized Operational Technology security expert with experience securing ICS and SCADA systems across manufacturing, government, and energy. He serves as a lead instructor for the nonprofit CyberLift, training the next generation of professionals to defend critical infrastructure.

Mittie Jones

Mittie has extensive project management experience overseeing end-to-end implementations, stakeholder communications, vendor relationships, and complex multi-phase projects. She is also a highly driven Senior Business Analyst Consultant with over 25 years of experience across diverse industries, specializing in the transformation of complex business systems. Skilled in Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC methodologies, Mittie has played key roles in system conversions, mergers, product launches, and enterprise integrations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and innovation.

Asa Bush

Asa is one of the first graduates of the Knightswatch Cyber affiliate nonprofit CyberLift program. He has served on community technology projects, taught as an adjunct professor at Chattanooga State, and delivered technology training to help bridge the digital divide in underserved communities. Asa has developed mobile applications and games for over 15 years and has worked across FinTech, startups, healthcare, automotive, legal, insurance, and real estate. At Knightswatch, he supports Microsoft Security, incident response, SIEM design and management, penetration testing, DevSecOps, application security, and AI security. His experience as a college professor also helps Knightswatch build the next generation of cyber professionals through CyberLift.
